As soon as I opened the box of these boots I was overwhelmed by the stench of rubber. In reading reviews for other rain boots I realized that this was a common comment. It didn't make sense to me that people would be bothered by the smell of rubber... However, it is a pretty intense stench. I bought these boots because they would actually fit around my calves. I love the look and other than the smell the only complaint I have is that the lining of the foot shifts around and can get uncomfortable.

These boots work really well in the rain and are a good price. As another person stated, sizes do run small so if you are a half size, order down.

Posh Dotted Lime Boots - KC - Aurora IL
Purchased for my daughter (22) for back to school, still comes to Mom when she needs something. She loves them. Last year she commuted on the train to downtown Chicago, our winters can be brutal, which she found out. You can't wear cutzie little shoes in the snow or the wind blowing rain. She has already worn them with a skirt!
