So, I got the brown boots and returned them the next day. The boots looked nice enough but fit very large. I wouldn't have minded if I knew that and bought a size appropriate for the large fit, as I have wide feet I like wide fit shoes/boots, this is important because I got very upset finding out I had to pay return shipping. I only wore it very briefly to check the fit and look till I found out that it wouldn't work. The top of the boot was also very wide. This would work if you planned on tucking in your pant into the boot, but I could see it might be bulky if you wanted to fit your pant over the boot. I only have one cowboy boot and wear it in 10.5, but all my other shoes/boots are larger. I am debating to try to buy it in 10 or 10.5 size. But it was evident that it wasn't going to fit even with inserts as they flopped around my feet. Now about quality... First I didn't notice that the description was wrong when it says that it was Suade, but as you can see when looking closely at the item pics the top of the boot is a thicker canvas and there is no suade on the boot. I didn't expect how the top of the boot was going to be as wide or that it would fit more tall on the leg, I expected from the pics that it would be almost as tall as my cowboy boot, but on my foot it looked almost like a short boot or a hiking boot. About comfort... there was no cushion, you only have the hard sole between your foot and the earth, which I found common in cowboy boots. If I do buy this I would have had to put a cushion in it. Lastly, The exterior sole was clearly aged with some sort of white coloring, but instead of only white it also had pink tint. I assume it was some sort of cleaner, stablizer, or coloring stage that helped give the highlight/age effects on the sole. If I would have kept the boot I would have had to spend at least 5/10 minutes rubbing off the pink tinted paint from the sole. Overall I read other discription of the boot from another site and wasn't expecting the most comfortable boot, but I like the look, particularly the skulls and leather straps, and so this purchase didn't work but I am still debating purchasing the boot in black in a smaller size.
